In a surprising move that will surely have the merger bean counters waxing orgasmic, McCann NY has decided to get rid of its CCO, Shayne Millington, and Head of Growth, Suresh Raj. The restructure will put oversight under regional NA leadership.
The leadership restructuring comes amid ongoing business challenges for McCann, as the agency continues to lose high-profile clients including Verizon and MGM Resorts.
But don’t worry about Shayne and Suresh, I’m sure they got massive payouts and you’ll see Shayne nab another CCO role (insert holding company agency name here).
