We have several confirmed reports of mass layoffs by VML. Dubbed “restructuring” as per the usual PR drivel, creatives from Jr. Copywriters to ACDs have confirmed their terminations. The last major layoffs were in Oct of 2025 with some minor layoffs since then and some not reported such as a certain LA CCO. These layoffs are part of a wider WPP restructuring that may lead to hundreds being laid off this year.
